Meet the Founder
Crystal Archie – Founder of Treasured Foundation
What started as a simple prayer—“Lord, break my heart for what breaks Yours”—turned into a God-given assignment that led Crystal Archie to launch Treasured Foundation.
After traveling to Ethiopia to adopt her son, Getu, Crystal encountered the harsh realities of life in Korah, a community built on and around a massive landfill. But amid the poverty and pain, she saw something more: strength, beauty, and treasure hidden in plain sight.
She returned home forever changed—and unable to stay silent.
Treasured Foundation was born out of that holy burden, with a mission to empower women through business mentorship, restore dignity to families, and one day build sustainable homes from recycled plastic. It’s not just aid—it’s assignment. It’s not charity—it’s a call to rebuild what the world forgot, but God never did.
Crystal lives in Nashville, Tennessee with her husband Michael. Together, they are parents to six adult children—four biological and two adopted from Ethiopia—and they are committed to using their lives to unlock purpose in others.
